Wednesday is a A Day
Café Rockway – Week 3 – April 22 – 26

Hey Rockway!
Next Wednesday, April 24 Café Rockway will be closed for lunch. Instead, the France/Germany participants will be selling City Pizza slices for only $2. Please buy your pizza tickets in the foyer on Monday or Tuesday so we are sure to have enough pizza for you. On Wednesday, you will bring your ticket to the tables in the foyer to pick up your pizza. There will also be pop, chips and chocolate bars for sale in the foyer on Wednesday.

Volunteer Appreciation Week
We’re celebrating Volunteer Appreciation Week at Rockway! Rockway students, parents and alumni come together in many ways to make our community amazing. Check out Rockway’s Facebook page or Instagram feed to see what our volunteers have been up to! A huge thank you to each of our students who have given their time to serve at Family Breakfast, Spaghetti or Soup Supper or lead activities at Connections Weekend or Founder’s Day – your excitement helped to make these events extra special for our community!

Be sure to check the boards and check the daily announcements for any meal changes. Please remember to email cafe@rockway.ca by 10:00 a.m. if you are buying lunch and have a dietary restriction.

Gr 7&8 Reports for Elective #3
Reports for the third term (Jan-Apr) of the four-subject elective rotation (Art/Drama/Family Studies/Design & Tech) are being sent home with Gr 7/8 students on Friday, April 19.

Grade 11 Stratford Trip
Hey Grade 11s! Were you disappointed that there hasn’t been a trip announced for you yet? Well, be disappointed no longer! Ms. Petit-Pas is organizing a trip Tuesday, June 4 to see the Stratford Festival’s production of “Something Rotten!” Please check your Rockway email to find a Google form to fill out to let me know you are coming. Students have until Monday, April 29 to fill in the Google form.

Semester 2 Course Drop Deadline
Monday, April 22 Courses dropped by the deadline will not appear on your Ontario Student Transcript. If you are considering dropping a course, talk to your teacher and Deb in Student Services (debbh@rockway.ca)

Grade 12 Graduation Gowns
Please complete the google form to confirm your Grad Gown Size for the ceremony.
