JOIN US for our BBQ Bash and SOLARFEST – a fun, family-friendly event for all ages celebrating the end of the school year and the start of our solar era…and it’s all FREE!
Enjoy a delicious and FREE BBQ dinner, picnic games and SOLAR-themed snacks. Rain or shine!
Live music will be provided by “Better than Nothing” and they will be featuring our SOLAR theme song, “Running on Sunshine”.
JOIN US for loads of carnival games and solar-themed snacks, BBQ bites, ultimate frisbee and top it off with an outdoor movie featuring our all-school solar video!
5:00 – 9:00 pm Carnival Games & Snacks

5:30 – 6:30 pm Ultimate Frisbee
- bring your runners and meet up on the soccer field to work up an appetite
- no experience or sign up required!
6:00 – 7:30 pm BBQ Dinner
- Grab a burger and/or hotdog with all the fixings
- everyone can order up to 2 items on the RSVP form
- Vegetarian and Gluten options are available to select on the RSVP form

Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, refillable water bottles and picnic gear (cups, plates and utensils as you’re able) and spend an evening having fun together.
