It’s one of our favourite Rockway events of the year – when family and friends of Rockway come together for an amazing evening of festive music. Choirs, soloists, ensembles, strings and winds…they all contribute to the magic. Not to mention the whole-hearted congregational singing that rivals the choirs themselves!

PARKING
In addition to the Rockway parking lot, you are able to park in the Rockway Golf Course (at the back of the course there is a path that links to Rockway’s driveway), across the road at Hmong Church and on the road. We encourage families to carpool as much as possible (i.e. not have two vehicles per family if possible) to ensure that everyone gets a space.
CONCERT TIME – NEW 2025 START TIME!
The concert starts at 7:00 pm and should end around 9:30 pm. Please note, as with all our concerts, there will be a prelude that starts before 7:00 pm.
The gym will be open by 6:15 pm for families to seat themselves. Please honour reserved signs.
FREE WILL OFFERING
Rockway’s concerts are free to all who attend – there are no tickets to purchase. A free will offering will be collected during the concert with all the proceeds going to support our music program. You may use cash, cheque or credit card with the giving envelope provided in your concert program.
INFO FOR PARENTS
Dress Code for all musicians:
- Black Rockway music shirt
- Black bottom (pants, long skirt)
- Black shoes and socks
These items do not need to be dressy (but can be!) but they do need to be solid in colour. No white or coloured markings on the items.
Student arrival time:
- Instrumental students – 6:00 pm
- Vocal students – 6:15 pm
