Immunization Information
The grade 7 vaccination clinic is scheduled for Thursday, April 18. This will either be your student’s second dose (first was done in the fall), or potentially the first dose if the student missed the vaccination clinic in the fall. The Public Health consent forms for vaccinations were done by parents in the fall. If you think your child is missing a vaccination please be in touch with Public Health to discuss further. Public Health does not share vaccination information with school and thus we are not able to answer questions about a student’s vaccination status.

Grade 8 Graduation Photos
On Wednesday, April 17, grade 8 students will be getting their graduation photos taken. Grade 8 students do not have to sign up for a time slot – their class will be taken down during their period 1, 2 or 3 class. Please note, students will not be wearing graduation robes so should choose their attire accordingly.

Midterm Interviews and Report Cards
Report Cards will be sent home on Monday, April 15. Following report card distribution, Grade 9-12 Midterm interviews are later in the week on Thursday, April 18 from 3:30 – 5:30 pm and 6:30 – 8:30 pm. The Interview Sign Up link is now available for parents to sign up for a time to speak with a teacher. Time slots are 10 minutes. If a parent feels like they are going to need more than 10 minutes they are encouraged to set up an alternative time.

Grade 12 Grad Photos
This is a gentle reminder that all grade 12 students who are graduating must sign up for a graduation photo time slot (even if they are not planning on purchasing a grad photo package) as these photos are used in the yearbook. Students must visit the Graduation Portrait Session to book their time slot.

Grade 12 Grad Gowns
All grade 12 students who are graduating must confirm their Grad Gown Size. These gowns are worn during the grad ceremony.
