Student Accounts
  • Each student has an account.
  • Payments are due on the 25th of each month.
  • Payments can be made by cash, cheque or Preauthorized Debit (PAD).
  • Accounts are available online.
  • Overdue amounts will have interest charged at the rate of 1.5% per month on the entire
    outstanding amount.
  • An administrative fee of $30 will be charged when a cheque or PAD payment is returned.
Online Statements
  • All student account activity and payment plan information is available online.
  • A Blackbaud ID is required for online access.
  • When you have a Blackbaud ID, go to rockway.myschoolapp.com to login.

Preauthorized Payments

Preauthorized Debit (PAD) Payments

PAD payments allow you to authorize us to withdraw your monthly student account
balance directly from your bank account:

  1. Simply complete the Payor’s PAD Agreement, attach a voided cheque, and return it to
    the Business Office.
  2. Payor’s PAD Agreements must be received before the 15th of the month to be used
    for that month’s payment due to the set up time at the bank.
  3. Please note that you may include all of your student accounts on one Payor’s PAD
    Agreement.
  4. The name(s) of the account holder(s) will be the names used for tax receipt purposes.
