Rockway competes locally in the District 8 (D8) league (www.district8.ca) and often represents D8 in Central Western Ontario Secondary School Association (www.cwossa.ca) and has also enjoyed success at Ontario Federation of Schools Athletic Association (www.ofsaa.on.ca) in the following sports:

- Ultimate Frisbee
- Volleyball
- Wrestling
Our Grade 7-8 students usually compete locally in the St Mary’s league of the Waterloo Catholic District School Board (www.wcdsbathletics.ca) in Ultimate Frisbee, Badminton, Basketball, Co-ed Soccer and Track & Field, Volleyball, and Wrestling.
