Thank you for your interest in becoming a Rockway donor. As you will read below, there are many ways to support Rockway. Whether it is a one-time donation or monthly giving, we can not stress enough that Every Donation Counts. Please reach out to us if you would like to further discuss your giving.

One-Time Donations


Online (Credit Card)	Donate securely online with your credit card and receive your charitable tax receipt from CanadaHelps, instantly.
E-Transfer (Bank direct)	Email accountant@rockway.ca and be sure to include your contact information and indicate that the transfer is a donation. Charitable tax receipts are issued from Rockway for each donation over $20.
Mail (Cheque)	Send your cheque to our address – be sure to include your contact information. Rockway Mennonite Collegiate – Accountant 110 Doon Road Kitchener, ON N2G 3C8 Cheques should be made out to: Rockway Mennonite Collegiate
Phone (Credit card)	Call our Accountant, Dawn Zehr, at 519-743-5209 x3013 between 8 am – 4 pm, Monday – Friday, to donate using your credit card. Charitable tax receipts are issued from Rockway for each donation over $20.
In-Person (Cash, cheque or credit card)	Drop-off your donation (cash or cheque) during school office hours (8:00 am – 4:15 pm, Monday – Thursday or 8:00 am – 3:45 pm, Friday). If the office is closed, you can leave it in the secured mailbox by the front door. Cheques should be made out to: Rockway Mennonite Collegiate Charitable tax receipts are issued from Rockway for each donation over $20.

Monthly Donations

At Rockway, Every Donation Counts. No matter what you give, your support will help students build wonder through differentiated learning, respect through faith-formation and character building through peace, community and global citizenship.

Our Areas of Greatest Need


Annual Fund	The Go Rockway! Annual Fund helps bridge the gap between our annual operating expenses and the amount of money raised from the cost of tuition. Tuition fees cover approximately 84% of Rockway’s budget, with most of the balance made up by donations from our generous supporters.
Tuition Assistance	The Tuition Assistance fund provides financial support to students who might not otherwise be able to afford a Rockway experience. Thanks to the generosity of donors, Rockway annually provides approximately $300,000 in needs-based assistance to our Rockway community.
Classroom Improvements	Help us raise funds to address some of our immediate classroom needs. Donations can be made in-person using our TipTap devices at one of our events or by clicking the Donate Now button above. Your support will not only have a direct impact on the day-to-day lives of our current students, but future students as well. We have identified some of our top priorities with a broad impact and they are as follows: Help renovate two Science classrooms to allow for more space for our Robotics program Purchase desks that better allow students to work either independently or collaboratively Purchase new safety mats for our Athletics Department Purchase new design-capable computers for our Design & Technology Department Purchase new design software to support classes in the Design & Technology Department
