Your vote matters! All parents of current Mennonite Church Eastern Canada (MCEC) students, all
employees and all members of the Board are automatically Individual Members of Rockway and are eligible to vote. In addition, the following individuals are eligible to apply for membership:
- Any member of an MCEC, Mennonite Brethren or Brethren in Christ Congregation
- Any parent of a current student
- Any Alumnus or Alumna
- Any person who has made a receiptable donation to the school in the previous 12 months
If you would like to apply for membership, please fill out the online application form below by November 15, 2023.
Note: Because voting will occur through online zoom polling, we recommend that each person attending has their own device, rather than sharing as a family. This will allow each member to vote individually. If you prefer, we will also receive votes via email (agm@rockway.ca) until 11:59 pm on the day of the meeting.

What is the role of a member?
Members of Rockway Mennonite Collegiate Inc. vote on and approve the Board of Directors, the appointment of auditors, and the audited financial statements. All Rockway parents, regardless of church affiliation, are an important part of the Rockway community, and are encouraged to participate at the AGM.
Who is a member?
According to our by-laws parents of current Mennonite students are automatically members and therefore eligible to vote.
How do I become a member?
Individuals who are not automatically members can apply for membership by completing the membership application form below for approval by the Board of Directors. Formerly approved members must re-apply for membership each year.
Churches can also be members!
Church congregations are eligible to be voting members of Rockway Mennonite Collegiate Inc. too. To learn more about church membership, contact Steven Reesor Rempel at stevenr@rockway.ca.
