Registration is now open for Rockway’s 30th Annual Golf Classic happening on Monday, May 26, 2025 at Grey Silo Golf Course in Waterloo. Started by alumni as a way to support Student Tuition Assistance, together we have raised over $650,000. The tournament will be a scramble format and will include a number of prize categories and in-round contests. Register as a team or as an individual. Students under 16 years of age must include one adult on their team. Visit our Golf Classic webpage for more information and to register. The Early Bird Deadline is March 28. We hope you’ll join us!

Reapplication Contract and Tuition Deposit
Thanks to those who have submitted their reapplication contracts and paid their tuition deposit for the 2025-2026 school year. For those of you who have not submitted contracts or paid their tuition deposit, this is a friendly reminder that the due date was yesterday and we ask that you do this as soon as possible. You can access your child’s reapplication contract  by logging into your Blackbaud account. If you have any questions please contact Sheri Wideman at admissions@rockway.ca

Thrift Shop
You’re invited to contribute to the Enviro-Social Concerns Pop-Up Thrift Shop!  This yearly event is intended to help us use, re-use and share our resources well. Students can bring clothes, accessories and books which they are finished with but are still in good shape and Enviro-Social Concerns will prepare them for sale in our thrift shop on March 5 & 6. There will be a clothing rack and collection table in the front foyer where you can neatly leave your contributions. Thanks kindly for your support!

Youth Mental Health: Understanding Anxiety
Rockway continues its Youth Mental Health series with an evening discussion focused on Understanding Anxiety. Parents are invited to join us on Thursday, March 27. To learn more about this event and to RSVP, please visit our webpage.

Inclement Weather Protocol
In the case of an inclement weather day (i.e. school closure due to freezing rain, snow storm etc.) Rockway will have an asynchronous working day. Please take a moment to read the full Inclement Weather Protocol which explains how we will notify you if we need to close the school (Rockway is NOT announced on the radio). You can find it on the MESSAGES FROM ADMIN bookshelf on myRockway.
