Alumni Carl Zehr Recognized
Thursday, November 27th saw the Rockway Sr Choir as featured entertainment at the Rotary Club Tribute to Carl Zehr, retired Mayor of Kitchener. Carl is an Alumnae of Rockway, as is his daughter, and he spoke glowingly about his memories of Rockway Choir concerts and the solid education he received.
It was an honour for our choir to be chosen to perform at this event and the students represented our school, and tradition of music excellence, wonderfully. Click here for further reporting on the night.
