Bidding for Rockway
Rockway’s 20th annual Auction Extravaganza event attracted over 800 people including volunteers, bidders and alumni.
As an important part of Connections Weekend, there was lots of competitive bidding at the live auction and the silent auction was well attended!
With about 700 items in the silent auction and over 100 items in the live auction, there was something for everyone. Congratulations to all the successfull bidders – we hope to see you again next year!
Auctioneers Cal Jutzi, Robert Beer and Glen Roth made the live auction exciting. They challenged bidders to consider that there were no taxes and that the funds raised were going to support Rockway!
Over $30,000 was raised for the school and the France Germany Café brought in about $800 for their cause as well.
