Grade 7-8 Boys Volleyball Team makes it to Playoffs
The grade 7-8 boys volleyball team had a very successful 2013 season. The boys displayed skill, sportsmanship and a willingness to get better each and every game. With a 5-2 regular season record, the boys made the playoffs for the first time in recent Rockway memory!
The semifinal match-up against John Sweeney Catholic School was a tough one. Despite playing some very good volleyball, the boys lost 2-1. I would like to personally thank the parents for their support over the past two months. Special thanks goes to Ray Boehm and Dave Carr-Pries for their help coaching this season.
