Guatemala Trip 2013
Eight students and two chaperones had an incredible two week experience in Guatemala from March 7 to March 20. Over way too fast, the physical, health, emotional and social challenges inherent with this trip provided for lasting memories and hopefully will impact everyone down the road as they deal with whatever life throws their way. From meeting new friends, to spectacular mountain scenery, to working with local youth in the villages on projects, to experiencing amazing hospitality, to learning the history of the country and the impact of multinationals along with occupiers, to experiencing the culture of the indigenous people…so many different aspects of the trip which as a whole provided the trip of a lifetime for many! Thanks to the parents for trusting us with your children!
