Music Mondays!
During lunch on Monday October 7th, seventy-five students assembled in the lounge to be part of “Music Monday” – a weekly opportunity for students to share their musical inspirations with the Rockway community. This week, we heard the musical stylings of Claris Lam and Samin Parsa. Thunderous applause could be heard down the hall after the girls performed.
Music Mondays celebrate a wide variety of musical offerings: everything from classical violin to piano, to electric guitar and drums. And a note to Rockway students: we’re always looking for musicians…why not sign up on the Music Council bulletin board and help brighten a Monday lunch hour?
