Visual Arts Exhibition "Quintessence"
Each year the Visual Art Department curates an exhibition of student work, grades 9 to 12, profiling the hard work and creativity of our students, in a variety of disciplines and techniques explored throughout our programmes. The Visual Art Committee determines a title and selects a significant work to be published as the cover image for all promotions, as well as, the exhibition itself. This year’s title piece, a colourful lithograph, is the work of Mackenzie Rae, (grade 11).
The annual art exhibition has become an exciting tradition for our art students and our school. Previous exhibitions have received accolades from the general public, as well as, professional artists, curators, and art collectors, including invitations to exhibit select works in public venues throughout the Region.
