Elaine comes to Rockway with significant experience. Most recently, she completed eight years as Superintendent at the Waterloo Region District School Board with a focus on Student Achievement and Well-Being. Prior to this appointment, Elaine was Assistant Superintendent, System Administrator for Special Education, Principal in three schools, Vice-Principal, and a teacher for 10 years.

Elaine is an active member of Erb Street Mennonite Church, and loves to sing! Elaine is married to Henry Wiebe and has two adult children, Evelyn and Eric Wiebe.
