Personal Information
Katie is really excited to be joining the Rockway faculty. She has taught K-8 music for 14 years in the UGDSB in Guelph and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Music Educators’ Association in the role of University Liaison. Katie has presented multiple times at the Ontario Music Educators’ Conference, and has been published in the academic journal The Recorder. She currently plays clarinet in the Kitchener Musical Society Band and conducts the Highland Handbell Choir at her church Highland Baptist Church where she has been a member for over 20 years.
